Ingredients are:
Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and, diced |
Milk, Soy Milk, or Almond Milk, whatever you have is fine |
A Mango and half a ripe Banana |
4 Tablespoons of Honey |
1/3 cup of frozen Strawberries |
Blend all together with a cup of Ice |
for more fiber, try using different vegetables in your shake :)
