Healthy Eating, Sugar free Fruitshakes

Ingredients are:


Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and, diced

Milk, Soy Milk, or Almond Milk, whatever you have is fine

A Mango and half a ripe Banana

4 Tablespoons of Honey


1/3 cup of frozen Strawberries


Blend all together with a cup of Ice


Aaaaaaaand voila!


for more fiber, try using different vegetables in your shake :)
